Communication Styles and Conflict Resolution

Effective communication is critical to success in our professional careers as well as daily interactions. This workshop will provide opportunities to assess your communication style, learn strategies on how to best interact with others who may not share your style, determine issues that are impacting your progress and how to respond to conflict in constructive ways.
