SHRA Work Plan Information Session II

During the annual SHRA performance review period in March, we informed you that the State was further updating the performance review process and that new work plans would not be due for SHRA employees until fall.  Well, the time has come my friends – the University has finally released the updated policy and forms.  The changes are just minor enough to be incredibly confusing.

If you can give us an hour of your time, we’ll do our best to get you ready for the new performance year.  We cannot stress enough how important a good work plan is as the foundation of your employee’s performance and for setting your expectations as a supervisor. We hope many of you can attend one of the sessions.  If you can’t make these dates, let us know and we can set up a time to speak with you individually.

New work plans for SHRA employees are required to be completed, discussed with employees in person, and submitted to the Pharmacy HR Office by October 1, 2016.  In preparation for this deadline, our office is providing two workshops for managers to explain the new process.
