The facilities office’s responsibilities include:

  • Managing all functions related to the School’s day-to-day operations
  • Reporting all repairs and maintenance problems
  • Serving as the initial contact for renovations, environmental issues, and safety hazards and violations
  • Coordinating van and parking assignments
  • Overseeing the School’s laboratories and research facilities
  • Handling utility problems, such as heating and air conditioning, electrical, and telephone issues.
