Voluntary Shared Leave – Mona Saniei

Good afternoon,

Mona Saniei has been approved to receive shared leave.  If you wish to contribute leave to Mona, please fill out the form below, obtain your manager’s signature, and return to Alekya Battula.  You are eligible to contribute sick, vacation, and/or bonus leave and the minimum amount to donate is four hours:
