Welcome, Roy Zwahlen to the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.
Roy joined the School on June 27 as Assistant Dean for Innovation and Strategy. In this role, Roy will have substantial responsibility for assisting me and the leadership team in formulating, interpreting, and implementing policy.
Roy brings extensive legal and business development experience to the School. For the past six years he has served in leadership roles at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), the world’s largest trade association representing biotechnology companies, academic institutions, and state biotechnology centers across the U.S.
Please stop by and welcome Roy to UNC and to North Carolina, as he and his family of six moved from Virginia for this opportunity.
