2019 Triangle Comparative Effectiveness Symposium

Join us for a day of presentations and discussion on the use of real-world data to inform clinical research and practice!
Hosted by the North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences Institute (NC TraCS), this event will be held on May 7, 2019 at RTI International. The symposium will bring together speakers from academia, industry, and federal agencies to discuss challenges, opportunities, analytic considerations, and future directions regarding the use of real-world evidence in health research and regulation.
The Keynote address will be given by Dr. Jacqueline Corrigan-Curay, J.D., M.D., Director, Office of Medical Policy at the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. Dr. Corrigan-Curay leads the development, coordination, and implementation of multiple medical policy programs and strategic initiatives, including the FDA’s framework on real-world evidence. All are invited to attend.
