Come join us at noon on February 24^th for Service Now training via Zoom hosted by Jason Martin. The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy’s MEDIA, Business Operations, Facilities, and IET departments will be migrating from Freshdesk to Service Now for all requests on March 1. We will go over what this change means for you including how to submit a request, follow-up correspondence, and how to search for knowledge articles. Your attendance is highly encouraged to ensure a smooth transition to Service Now. We look forward to seeing you there.
