OFFICE 365 MIGRATION
May 22, 2017 - May 23, 2017
School users are scheduled to be migrated to Office 365 on May 23rd. You can find out more general information at:

ITSOP will start to distribute more school-specific instructions, with regards to, this migration starting Monday. You will see drop cards in your office, posters around the school and of course emails. We will also have a drop in for Q and A’s.
May 22nd – Migration night
The migration will begin at approximately, 8 pm on May 22nd. Email will ONLY be available on mobile devices from approximately 8 pm May 22nd to 6 am May 23rd. If you are not planning on being here on the 22nd please make sure that you ask/assign someone to carry out directions that are forthcoming (not hard we promise)
May 23rd – Migration Day
We are in the last groups to be migrated, groups that have gone before us have reported smooth transitions. However, to be on the safe side, from 8 am – 2 pm (approximately) ITSOP and Campus ITS will be onsite in Beard, Kerr, and Marsico Halls as well as the Genetics Medicine Building. Thomas Pope will be available via video link for Asheville school members and help numbers will be available for Europa and other external locations.
