Preceptor Design Lab Series: “Feedback Finesse — Fine-tuning Feedback for Quality”

As mentors and coaches, preceptors are positioned to have a tremendous impact on students’ professional development and learning. The purpose of this session is to equip preceptors with the knowledge and tools to refine feedback skills in order provide quality feedback that promotes the progression of student learning and success.

Learning Objectives:

1. Identify best-practices for delivery of quality feedback from the educational literature
2. Apply feedback tools to challenging learning situations
3. Utilize feedback skills and resources available at the School to navigate professionalism concerns
