Schrodinger Training
June 28, 2017 - June 29, 2017
Research Computing is in the process of organizing a two-day training on the Schrodinger suite of packages offered by the specialists from Schrodinger, Inc. Our current plan is to host the 2-days onsite workshops on Wednesday & Thursday, June 28 & 29. We would start Wednesday doing the Core Workshop, with the morning session being an introduction to using Maestro 11 and the afternoon session being an overview of Structure-Based Lead Optimization with Glide. The 2nd day, Thursday, could be filled with 2 of the Specialty Workshops such as Biologics, Materials Science, Phase, Molecular Dynamics, etc.
If you are interested in attending these trainings, can you please reply to Dr. Shubin Liu, whose email address is shubin@email.unc.edu. We need have an idea about how many people will attend it so that we can reserve an appropriate training room and get ready for other logistic matters as well (such as lunch etc). Please also indicate what topics you are interested in learning in Day 2.
