Campus Return Anonymous Questions, Suggestions, or Reports of Non-Compliance

On behalf of the School, Roy Zwahlen, the Associate Dean for Strategic Risk Management, will monitor these anonymous submissions and send the information along to the appropriate individuals or teams to follow up and address. Please note that anonymous reports can only be acted upon if sufficient information is provided. Further the anonymous complaint link should not be used when immediate action is required or to report other crimes or issues that already have defined reporting mechanisms (e.g. sexual assault, mental health, etc.)
