Seminar: Women in Pharmacy Leadership

ASHP-SSHP leadership within CAPS and PLS are partnering to host Dr. Hannah Vanderpool, Vice President of the Office of Member Relations at the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Dr. Vanderpool is involved with the Women in Pharmacy Leadership Steering Committee, a committee comprised of leaders who advise ASHP as it seeks to support women in achieving pharmacy leadership skills and roles at every level and practice position. Dr. Vanderpool will be speaking on the specific issue of women in pharmacy leadership. The entire school is invited to attend this discussion with Dr. Vanderpool on Thursday, March 9th from 12:00 pm – 12:50 pm in Kerr 1001. We hope this will generate discussion on the topic of women in pharmacy leadership roles among students and faculty at UNC.
