The symposium features Keynote speaker Stephanie Eberle, M. Ed., the Assistant Dean for Graduate Education and Postdoctoral Affairs at Stanford’s BioSci Careers.  She is also Vice Chair of the Board for the National Postdoctoral Association.  She has over 20 years’ experience in counseling and career coaching, and she is an author for Inside Higher Education. Her keynote address is:  Reimagining Fit:  Moving Toward Personal and Professional Congruence.

Specifically, this year’s symposium highlights a wide range of career paths (9 paths ranging from Medical Science Liaisons to Think Tanks to Biomedical Data Science and more), and features 10 workshops with topics such as: A Roadmap to a Successful Global Career:  Why, What, and How?; Overview of the Industry Career Landscape; Profile Building, Research Sharing, and Data Proliferation Using Social Media Tools for Scientists,  to name a few.

In addition, we have over 165 CV/resume consultation sessions with professionals from academia, industry, & government!  **New this year** CV/resume sign-ups will occur online during the week prior to the symposium.  Networking opportunities will be available throughout the day, with the chance to meet one-on-one with company HR representatives
