CIPhER Visiting Scholar Seminar

In her CIPhER Visiting Scholar presentation, Kristin Janke will share strategies of effective pharmacy teaching and scholarship that she has observed during her many pharmacy school visits, learned from her own research and gleaned from her work as an editor for pharmacy education research journals. In this seminar, Janke will illuminate exactly what effective educators focus on (better describing the exact teaching-learning problem), the specific techniques and strategies they employ (e.g., deliberative practice), how they determine success (unique forms of assessment and evaluation) and how all those aspects interconnect.
