Fall 2023 Room Reservations Announcement

The UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy migrated to 25Live for its room reservation platform on July 11, 2022.

Fall 2022 (August 1, 2022 – December 31, 2022) reservations will open on July 10, 2023 at 10am. Spring and summer reservations 2024 will open on December 4th at 10am.

If you are external to the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy and have not already done so, you must take the 25Live Requestor Training prior to accessing our spaces.

IET is currently in the process of creating new self-service articles and short how-to videos that can be found at help.unc.edu. If you have any questions, please submit an SOP – Room Reservation request or a Request Something Else request at help.unc.edu if you are unaffiliated with the School and don’t have access to our catalog.

Note for non-ESOP users: Your form will be different than the one I cover in the videos and is determined by your security group set by campus.
