Family Day

Family Day 2017 will be a completely hands-on experience where every attendee will have a chance to engage in activities that show what it’s like to be a pharmacist or pharmaceutical scientist. Planned activities include School tours, compounding activities in the Pharmaceutical Care Lab, and more!

Family Day 2017’s theme will be the life cycle of a drug.  Guests will follow a fictional drug around the School and experience the life of a drug from conception to making it in the compounding lab to helping patients make sure it is safe and effective for them.

The registration fee for Family Day will be $10.00 per person (including the student), and children 9 years old and younger can attend for free.  Registration has begun and will end on September 20th!

Family Day 2017 Dear Students, Friends, and Families: On behalf of the Student Senate and the Office of Student Affairs at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy, it is our pleasure to invite you to Family Day 2017 on Saturday, September 30th at our Chapel Hill and Asheville campuses. The event will provide an entertaining and insightful look into the life of our student pharmacists and pharmaceutical scientists at the School. Click here for information and registration! A light breakfast and a full lunch will be provided.
