PharmAlliance – Student Domain International Workshop Series: Adaptable Leadership

This session will provide insight on how to empower teams, facilitate meetings, and communicate effectively on international teams with people that may have different leadership styles. The talk will touch on formal and informal leadership roles in this space. Hear Associate Professor Kirstie Galbraith (Director of Experiential Development and Graduate Education at Monash University) speak at this session on how to examine possible cross-cultural challenges and how to navigate through them and learn how to be an international leader.
